My name is Kevin Unterreiner and I am assisting Bob and Kathy Rupakus in organizing this opportunity for up to 25 individuals to purchase a Spring Valley Golf Club Legacy Membership which includes a lifetime golf membership as well as shareholder benefits.

As the Founder/owner of TwinCitiesGolf.com, I have gotten to know Bob and Kathy over the last 6 years (since they bought the course) and have enjoyed working with them on promotional initiatives to drive more golfers to SVGC. I am also a Partner in two golf courses in Minnesota - the Wilds Golf Club (Prior Lake @ www.golfthewilds.com), and Wild Marsh Golf Club (Buffalo, MN @ www.wildmarsh.com) and have shared with them insight & experience as a golf course owner/operator.

The more I got to know Bob and Kathy, and the more time I spent at Spring Valley, the more I realized how special that property is and, as importantly, how genuine and caring Bob & Kathy are about the course and the community. Their tireless dedication and efforts not only saved the course back in 2020, but the dramatic improvements they have made since 2020 has been extraordinary.

Bob and I began discussions several years ago about how we could elevate the experience and make sure that Spring Valley golf club remains a affordable, valuable asset to the Spring Valley community for generations to come.

My recommendation was that Bob and Kathy continued as owners to remain involved in vision and operations - and that we give an elevated role and ownership positions to Bill Emerson (the Superintendent since 1971 when him and his father built the course) and Tellie Awesumb (the Restaurant Manager) while bringing in some additional Managing Partners to help with daily operational duties, marketing, and business development.

With the Managing Partner team now in place, we are offering a limited number of Legacy Membership positions that include lifetime golf privileges as well as a Shareholder position and benefits to help us raise the funds needed to elevate the course and business to the next level - all while keeping the focus on SVGC being a vital hub of the local community.

We know the ultimate success of a business is one that makes people’s lives better while supporting and connecting the community.

The money raised from selling the Legacy Memberships will help us improve the course, elevate the experience and offer additional future amenities.

We are also incredibly excited to announce that SVGC has purchased land from Jay & Charlie Arneson and that SVGC now has 24 acres of undeveloped land adjacent to the course to be used for expansion.

And while we are still putting together all the final pieces of the puzzle on how the end product will exactly look, our commitment to you is that we will be transparent and, if anything, over communicate to share with you all the exciting progress and plans. Our goal is for those who choose to become Legacy Members is for them to feel like this was one of the best financial AND lifestyle investment decisions they have made.
